Always always are great experience .. Lola’s is my go to for cakes and cupcakes for my daughter who lives there . I’m in The United States so it’s hard to get goodies to her. But Lola’s has been my steady go to for all her celebrations ! Thank you Lola’s ❤️

I pre-ordered Cupcakes to collect on a specific day and the communication was great.

The staff were friendly when I picked them up.

I was not expecting as much quality from the cup cakes as we got, they have to be the best cup cakes I have had. I ordered 6 large cup cakes and they were jammed packed with ingredients, whilst being light and fluffy and very tasty. They certainly are worth the money and they had extra inside them too! Nice surprise.

Will definitely be ordering again for a special occassion.

The only issue I had was finding the stall in Canary Wharf and getting back out of the shopping centre the same way I got in - totally lost - obviously my fault not theres, but it would be handy if the google maps didnt point you in the wrong direction to the stall inside the centre.

I ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday at the weekend and it was by far the best cake I have ever tasted. The sponge was just perfect and everyone enjoyed it. Beautiful presentation and the fruit was so fresh. Lola's never fail to impress or deliver.

Cake was delicious and good quality as always. Service brilliant and I was kept up to date as to what time the cake would be delivered. Delivered with a smile and a very helpful and professional driver. Have always ordered from Lola's and will order again in the future.

It was super easy to customise and order my cake online, the video and description of the cake was spot on and really helped when ordering. The cake arrived in time and I was able to easily collect my order.

The taste and look of the cakes were amazing, we got the heart - shaped blackforest cake as well as a variety of cupcakes.

Lola’s Cup Cakes are superb! So far, I’ve tried the Black Forest & Baklava cakes- both were attractive & really delicious! - I can’t stress that highly enough! The service is efficient - everything from fast delivery, regular text notifications on the day,very cute ‘Lola’ delivery van! the presentation box & a very polite delivery man, & of course the wonderful cake itself! - this all makes for a very happy experience! Online order was easy straightforward to place an order. The cake was deliciously fresh. The counter was easy enough to find on the ground floor. Girls at the counter were fine but nice to be received at the till with a smile would be great next time.
